Cathy Ouwehand & Associates S.L was created over 6 years ago to supply a high end service to foreign and national clients looking to acquire property on the island of Ibiza.

They have always credited themselves on having an international multilingual team who has a broad experience and knowledge in the real estate sector so that a complete service can be supplied to every client.

Over the years and with various collaborations, they have worked on development and commercial land, the sale, construction and reforming of villas and the design from beginning to the end of various apartment development projects with Coleman Project Management, their in house Project Management Company.

Ouwehand & Associates are also the official Associate in Ibiza of Savills London who are exclusive and well renowned leading London Agents and apart from that they are also the partners of one of the most prominent property developers in Cataluña being the exclusive agent for the sale of all their projects in Ibiza.

Over the last few years, Ouwehand & Associates have extended their professional activities to supply high end Rentals and Concierge services.
